Nlebgwa Law Group is a boutique law firm strategically located in Gaborone to guarantee clients ease of access to the three judicial centers being Gaborone/Lobatse, Francistown and Maun branches of the High Court and Industrial Court. This also includes access to all other subordinate courts across the country.

Mr. Thabo Shatho Nlebgwa
Founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Nlebgwa is a highly skilled attorney holding an LLB from the University of Botswana with 7 years post graduate experience. He has extensive experience in labour and employment law, policy review and alternative dispute resolution stemming from his work his work with Botswana Public Employees Union & Botswana Federation of Trade Unions.

Mr. Nlebgwa also has extensive Commercial Law experience having served as Legal Service Officer - Contracts & Legal Manager at Botswana Railways. He has excellent experience in contract negotiations, review, drafting & compliance management. Further, he has served he has served as Board Secretary for Sea Rail Botswana (PTY) Ltd giving him vast experience in corporate governance matters.
Mr. Nlebgwa believes in a consumer centric approach to legal advice which underpins the founding principles of the law firm. Core to his beliefs is that the law should serve and not enslave the people. He is a well versed litigator committed to offering sound legal advice.
